My music magazine tastes seem to be pendulous. In the early part of last decade I was buying Kerrang almost weekly, for their coverage of Ash, Garbage and Rammstein. Around 2004/5 it swung towards NME for the Subways, Duke Spirit, Be Your Own Pet and (later) Blood Red Shoes, JoFo and Los Campesinos. Now it’s back with Kerrang for Rolo Tomassi, Paramore and The Pretty Reckless.
